A soft chewy bread loaded with 3 layers. The first layer is sweet mellow tasting roasted grapes, the second layer is olive tapenade created with buttery castelvetrano  olives, robust kalamata olives, brined capers, garlic, lemon and anchovies and the third layer is salty feta cheese.  This bread pairs great with a charcuterie board.
