This bread is so light it's been described as feathery.  It's a little sweet and inspires all kinds of uses.  It's great as toast or as a sandwich bread.  Slice it really thick and it makes a decadent French toast.  Pile some fruit and whipped cream on it to make a dessert or breakfast sandwich. Another amazing thing about this bread is that it lasts a week without drying out or spoiling without any preservatives.
