This delicious soft textured loaf is perfect for sandwiches and toast — including French toast and melba toast.  Slice it really thick and it makes a decadent French toast.  This bread is baked in a Pullman style loaf pan which has a lid to to keep the bread symmetric for the perfect sandwich slice with the thinnest crust.
