This bread is so light it's been described as feathery.  The milk is infused with lavender and chamomile and lends an incomparable flavor. The herbal scent evokes a calming feeling. It's great toasted with a cup of tea. It makes a nice sandwich bread.  Slice it thick and it makes a decadent French toast.  Pile some fruit and whipped cream on it to make a dessert or breakfast sandwich. This bread lasts for a week without drying out or spoilingwithout any preservatives.
